Expediter™ Polyimide or KaptonŽ UID labels:
- Polyimide is a highly durable synthetic most often used to label printed circuit boards and electronic components. Polyimide resists the high temperatures of manufacturing printed circuit boards as well as harsh fluxes, cleaners, saponifiers, and wave soldering environments. KaptonŽ is a polyimide film that is trademarked and marketed by DuPont.
- Black thermal transfer printing on white Polyimide provides excellent contrast for reading by Human and Machine. For maximum durability, we use resin thermal transfer ribbon.

- Certificate of Compliance with MIL-STD 130
- Grading & Verification reports per MIL-STD 130 using ISO/IEC 15415, AS9132 or AIM-DPM-12006; Sample sizes are a minimum of 25% for quantities less than 100; 10% for quantities greater than 100.
