Material & Process

Expediter™ Polyester UID labels:

  • Polyester is a highly durable synthetic which is available in a wide variety of formulations, thicknesses and colors. Different adhesives can also be used to achieve performance for specific environments.
  • Black thermal transfer printing on white Polyester provides excellent contrast for reading by Human and Machine. For maximum durability, we use resin thermal transfer ribbon.

Standard Expediter™ Polyester UID labels offer:

Choice of size

  • 3” x 1”
  • 1.75" x 0.75"
  • 1.5” x 0.5”

Thickness & Color

  • 2 mil white

Complete DoD compliance

  • Construct #1 or Construct #2 (more about Construct & Format)
  • Up to 4 lines of Human Readable text
  • 2D Data Matrix barcode (7.5 mil to 25 mil) per MIL-STD 130 & ECC200 standards
  • Certificate of Compliance with MIL-STD 130
  • Grading & Verification reports per MIL-STD 130 using ISO/IEC 15415, AS9132 or AIM-DPM-12006; Sample sizes are a minimum of 25% for quantities less than 100; 10% for quantities greater than 100.
