Software
DD-Master software - automates and manages DoD contracts with multiple shipments. Eliminates duplicate data entry by using the same data to: (1) Generate Receiving Reports and Invoices for WAWF, (2) Create contract status reports, (3) Share with Std-Barc to generate DoD compliance labels and (4) Pass to Load Manager for transmitting ASN’s to WAWF or uploading to the UID registry. DD-Master is a product of Mil-Pac Technology.

  • Printronix 5204R MP2 – Heavy duty, 4” width, 203 dpi, high performance UHF RFID printer/encoder with EPCglobal Gen 2 Certification. Offers advanced XML-based RFID print and control platforms with real-time XML printer and job control as well as XML forms printing. Features Unicode with TrueType font support.(Compliance Label Service has many of these in operation. The oldest dates to 2004 and performs like new.)
  • Zebra 110xi – Heavy duty, 4” width, 203 dpi, high performance UHF RFID printer/encoder with EPCglobal Gen 2 Certification. Offers advanced XML-based RFID print and control platforms with real-time XML printer and job control as well as XML forms printing. Features a ThingMagic UHF RFID Reader/Encoder. (Compliance Label Service also has these in operation. They perform extremely well.)

  • Unitech – This medium duty, hand held RFID reader is perfect for demonstrating RFID and barcode compliance to your QAR. Compliance Label Service integrates the Unitech hand held computer/barcode reader with a WJ PCMCIA card short range RFID reader having an integrated antenna. The Unitech has a 2D Imager, 400MHZ, 64MB Flash, 64MB RAM, WinCE PDT with Li-Ion battery, A/C adapter, USB communication cable, CD-ROM with manuals. The Operating System is CE.NET 4.2. It comes with built -in Bluetooth and 36 Key Keypad. Includes Quick Start Documentation written by Compliance Label Service. (Compliance Label Service has used this hardware as part of our Quality Control for over 3 years without downtime.)
  • Motorola/Symbol – This heavy duty, hand held RFID reader is an industry standard. The Motorola/Symbol MC9090-G RFID EPC GEN 2 comes with WLAN 802.11 A/B/G 1D/2D Imager, Color Touch screen, 64MB Flash, 128MB RAM, 53 Key Keypad, Windows Mobile 5.0, Bluetooth, Single slot charging and communications cradle. Includes USB Communications cable, Power supply with CD cable and AC line cord. (Compliance Label Service has used this hardware as part of our Quality Control for over 4 years without downtime.)
  • LXE – This heavy duty, hand held RFID reader is the most rugged on the market. You can drop it, hose it down, and freeze it without ill effect. With active display technology options, it can be customized for easy viewing in dimly lit warehouses or outdoors. It is equipped with a powerful Intel®XScale® processor, and runs industry standard, Windows® CE .NET or Windows® CE 5.0 Professional Operating System. It features a 6.5" high-visibility, color display with touch screen option.
  • Alien Fixed RFID reader with circular polarized or linear polarized antennas. (Compliance Label Service has successfully deployed these since the start of Expediter™ operations.)

Software

• Std-Barc is time-tested software for generating DoD compliance labels. It encodes MIL-STD 129 compliant RFID labels. It prints MIL-STD 129 Unit, Intermediate and Exterior Container Labels, Military Shipping Labels and MIL-STD 130 Unique Identifier (UID) Labels.
• Load Manager works with Std-Barc to generate WAWF Advance Shipment Notices (ASN’s) for RFID labels. It also supports ASN creation for UID containers and palletized loads. With a Value Added Network, Load Manager can upload ASN data to WAWF.
• DD-Master automates and manages DoD contracts with multiple shipments.
