DoD requires the RFID numbers of every case & pallet bearing RFID labels to be appended to the contract's Receiving Report at WAWF. Each RFID number is a data string of 24 alphanumeric characters.

How Expediter™ works for ASN

  1. After each purchase of Expediter™ RFID labels, we email a 3-CLICK ASN link.
  2. When you click, a list of all your shipments from all your orders is displayed. Click the ones whose ASN you want uploaded to WAWF. Choose credit card or DrawDown account & pay a single low fee based on quantity of cases & pallets to be uploaded.
  3. Within 1 business day. we upload your ASN’s to WAWF & your RFID data is appended to the Receiving Report of the right contract.

FAQ’s for 3-CLICK ASN

How does 3-CLICK ASN get my RFID data to the right place?
When you sign up for Expediter you give us your WAWF User ID which serves as the electronic address for your data.

Does Compliance label Service access my WAWF account?
No. We do not have your WAWF password and thus cannot access your WAWF account.

What method do you use to upload the data to WAWF?
We use an 856 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transmission via a Value Added Network (VAN).
